Terms of Service.

These terms govern the rental of NOLO power banks at our stations across Mallorca. By tapping to pay and taking a power bank, you accept them.

1. The service

NOLO provides self-service power-bank rental. You borrow a charged power bank from any station and return it to any NOLO station on the island. No app and no account are required.

2. Price

A flat €2 per 30 minutes. Every 30-minute block is charged at the same rate.
The total is capped at €40 over 24 hours.
We hold a refundable €12 deposit, returned when you bring the power bank back.
Once you reach the €40 cap, or keep the power bank past 24 hours, the power bank is yours to keep and no further rental charges apply.
There is no unlock fee and no subscription. The price shown on the station is the price you pay.

3. Payment

Payment is taken by Stripe via contactless card, Apple Pay or Google Pay at the station. We do not store your card details. The refundable €12 deposit is authorised at the start of the rental and released when the power bank is returned.

4. Returns, loss and damage

Return the power bank to any free slot at any NOLO station; the rental clock stops the moment it is seated. You are responsible for the power bank while it is in your possession. If you reach the €40 cap or keep the power bank past 24 hours, the rental ends there and the power bank is yours: nothing further is charged, and the €12 deposit is refunded only on return.

5. No refunds

Completed rentals are non-refundable. This does not affect the €12 deposit, which is refunded when the power bank is returned. If a station malfunctions or you are charged in error, contact hola@nolosharing.com and we will make it right.

6. Liability

NOLO is not liable for damage to your device arising from misuse of cables or third-party hardware. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under Spanish and EU law.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law, with the consumer protections of the buyer's place of residence preserved where applicable.
