Lost-fee

Charged at 48 hours
- €25 charged if the powerbank is not back in any station within 48 hours.
- After 48h, the powerbank is yours to keep.
- Return on time and you pay nothing extra. Only the rental hours.
- No refunds once the 48-hour mark passes.

No. NOLO works entirely through the Stripe Terminal at the station. Tap your card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. no account, no download, no login required.
All major cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express. Contactless payments including Apple Pay and Google Pay.
€1 to unlock + €2 per hour (1h minimum, smallest charge €3). Capped at €12 per day. If not returned within 48h, €25 is charged and the powerbank is yours. No refunds.
